Liaising with project managers throughout project build and on post build period
Resolving client queries
Managing communication across all external and internal teams
Making, acting on recommendations for improving internal processes
Actively presenting new idea, technology, and business updates to the client
Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude
Ability to build strong, long lasting relationships internally and externally
Knowledge of media and entertainment sectors
Able to handle challenging and potentially sensitive situations
Willing to lead by example and display commercial awareness
Manage budgets and protect profitability
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships in a similar commercial environment
- An agency background, working with high-profile clients
- Direct Experience managing digital accounts
