This Client Solutions Manager- Account Management role sits within a fast growing flexible legal services business that has a wealth of global clients that are world leaders in their fields. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Client Solutions Manager will support a number of strategic client accounts (10-15) to help to maintain a high quality of service and look to help expand the existing client base across sectors and to cross sell in their various services. You will act as the first point of contact for the client when discussing the business and what they can offer the client. The Client Solutions Manager will proactively identify new opportunities with existing clients and ensure a joined up approach.
The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with General Counsel and Heads of Legal to deliver an exceptional client experience and build long term relationships.
