This CRM Manager role sits within a leading City law firm, working with clients including leading corporations, financial institutions and governments.
The CRM Manager will work within the Digital Team in a Business Development department, which makes up part of the wider Business Services function. You will be responsible for promoting CRM adoption across the firm, and ensuring this is aligned to the wider digital and content strategy.
You will be required to take ownership of the firm's client database- MS Dynamics, implementing processes and training the various stakeholders to ensure accurate a comprehensive client data is maintained at all times.
Previous experience in a similar CRM Management role from within the Professional Services would be beneficial to achieving success within this role.
