I am recruiting for a Customer Insight Manager to join a dynamic eCommerce business, who are one of the largest European providers in their market.
You will be an expert in digital analytic platforms and able to analyse website performance and present your findings. You must have experience in setting up processes that provide actionable insights and drive business growth.
This role requires you to have strong communication skills, able to relate to the 'voice of the customer' whilst expertly reading data.
Reporting directly into the CMO, you will be working alongside senior members of the department on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for personal growth within a dynamic business, with future progression into a "Head of Insights" a tangible opportunity.
This role is based in London and is paying up to £40k.
