Responsibilities:
- Execute and help develop an integrated and scalable engagement strategy, working to drive digital transformation across the organisation
- Deliver communications programmes that support and enhance our technology change agenda
- Work closely with a wide range of teams and departments to understand their needs and facilitate the right messaging and content
- Align with internal teams to craft messages that are fully consistent with our company objectives, our brand, and wider communications
- Regularly measure and report on the progress of the digital engagement initiatives
Key Competencies:
- Experience in digital communication and project management
- The ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and product features effectively
Experience and Skills:
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience in copywriting
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, with an ability to visually express key project details with minimal design team support (basic understanding of state-of-the-art design software suites is preferred)
- Great organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments while sticking to the agreed timings
- Experience in the Financial Services sector (this is an advantage, but isn't required)-
