Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in SEO, including how we place in SEO

  • Deliver cutting-edge marketing analytics projects optimizing across different channels and analytical functions

  • Engage with teams internally and externally on day to day European SEO needs

  • Collaborate with other service line teams to drive impactful business outcomes

  • Drive quality traffic and increase rankings through content marketing, link building, partnership management etc

  • Implement integrated search marketing plans and work closely with other specialists and departments within the company to ensure best practice is being rolled out across the board. E.g. Social Media, UX, Content, PR

  • Manage, maintain and increase the online presence of the European elements of the knightfrank.com website by utilising modern organic on-page search and online marketing techniques
  • Analyse and report on search visibility, keyword rankings, traffic patterns and competitor analysis.
  • Liaise with local Marketing teams to ensure SEO best practice is followed

Professional experience and personal skills profile

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

  • Search Engine analytical experience, SEO knowledge as a pre-requisite and SEM / PPC, or other digital media is advantageous
  • At least 2-3 years work experience and a track record of successful SEO programme execution specifically in driving sales

  • Fluency in either Italian or French, or both
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong interest in digital marketing
  • Experience using SEO campaign management software such as BrightEdge, SEMRush or screamingfrog

  • Ability to take full ownership of an SEO role

  • Solid experience in web analytics and the ability to use the data to drive performance

  • A strong understanding of site functionality

  • Ability to work with large data sets with excellent quantitative and analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at a senior level

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail

  • Up-to-date understanding of organic search trends, including search engine algorithm changes, the latest tools and technologies
