You must be an expert in brand and customer experience
· The Head of Brand will support the development of the Global Brand Strategy, and ensure the development of imaginative and innovative global brand campaigns at all customer touch-points which will build brand awareness, and drive footfall and profitable sales.
·They will understand and engage with the customer and ensure that all brand marketing activity is insightful and relevant in order to retain and attract new customers with leading edge campaigns. Support the development of customer feedback mechanisms and ROI tracking for all relevant brand projects.
·The Head of Brand will work with the Marketing teams to deliver the annual brand and marketing calendar and drive engagement through a varied mix, including sales and footfall driving promotions, seasonal launches and brand activations.
·They will oversee the brand spend, it is imperative that brand projects are creative and innovative, with a focus that all initiatives deliver a positive ROI. Optimise all marketing opportunities as brand building opportunities and encourage the use of marketing data and analysis throughout the business to help shape future campaigns.
·The Head of Brand will work across all customer touchpoints globally and the whole customer journey to ensure that the whole business is focussed on delivering the brand promise through the total customer experience.
·They will ensure a "customer promise" that can activate the right brand behaviours across all areas of the business.
·The Head of Brand will work with al peer groups of the business to deliver the customer promise to help turn customers into fans
