The Head of Brand & Sponsorship will lead a talented team of brand and sponsorship professionals to create and define brand strategy across all the firm's APAC markets. The role will pull together all brand related disciples to deliver aligned brand strategy across all channels. The role will address the different challenges within individual Asian markets to ensure brand strategy and positioning is tailored and appropriate to the nuances of each local market.
The business are looking for an exceptional brand builder who has a proven track record of success in building and or launching a major global (ideally Blue Chip) brand within Asia markets. As the role will have a heavy focus on mainland China strong experience in building a brand in the China market is essential and a deep understanding of the customer and nuances of the market there. A record of generating and driving new and unique ideas is desired as the role requires independent thought and approach to brand challenges.
Experience of operating in a senior role within a large scale matrix organisation is required and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential.
