As part of the UK Sales Leadership Team, our Head of Strategic Accounts will drive the realisation of the targeted, profitable and sustainable growth of the UK's strategic accounts. In collaboration with the UK Cluster teams, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a high-performance culture across customers and the team.
A critical part of your position will be to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for key accounts, along with successful execution of strategies to achieve financial targets and consistent execution of sales strategy.
You will be tasked with maximising the capability of the team, developing and enhancing their performance, enriching and expanding the talent pipeline within the organisation, to fuel further growth and expansion.
You will need to ensure that business plans and budgets are worked out in line with Group policies and be able to create a key account organisational structure that breaks down business unit barriers, and you will want to identify and deliver business development opportunities, taking full ownership of the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have solid sales leadership and delivery experience within the B2B sales across the FMCG sector within a multinational organisation.
