This Sales Enablement Manager - Banking and Insurance role sits within a leading global management consultancy firm. You will provide the content, processes, practices and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer's journey. This will include working collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners and other key stakeholders to increase focus on the buyer which will increase sales results and productivity.
The Sales Enablement Manager- Banking and Finance role will interact heavily with the sales team to determine what gaps in available resources exist, the marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the industry vision, and the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the sales team.
The successful candidate will have a track record in sales enablement and coordination and collaboration across multiple teams to prioritise varying business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements. You will have experience within a management consultancy or wider professional services.
