You will identify sales opportunities and sell products and solutions to new and existing clients, building up strong relationships with them by understanding their pain-point and positioning solutions to help them improve processes. A leadership role, you will also help support and manage your team to generate new business.
- Network with existing customers and grow the database to ensure quality leads and maximised sales opportunities
- Have a keen knowledge of the company's solutions to be able to educate new and prospective clients on business advantages to win business
- Have strong understanding of clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Manage sales delivery and analyse sales reports and KPIs to develop accurate forecasts
- Mentor your team and work closely with them to ensure personal and career growth
- Existing experience in working within strict regulations
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of overachieving and closing B2B sales for both existing and new customers
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to breakdown complex technical issues and leverage on strong business acumen to drive sales
