Carter Murray are working exclusively with a leading Consultancy Firm within the Energy sector who are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager within a critical position for the firm. Working across the professional services and banking sectors, the successful candidate will be responsibility for developing and maintaining close relationships with key clients helping to manage complex relationships across several different business areas.
- Develop, coordinate and implement actionable retention and new business sales strategy designed to grow the firms current Investment banking and Professional Services business.
- Deliver new business sales from the firms range of research and consulting offerings to achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Develop prospect networks and drive relationships with key contacts to develop commercial relationships that lead to a deep understanding of clients' existing needs and future requirements
- Account growth - driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the set client base
- Experience of working within a similar role within professional services, banking or the energy sector
- Strong sales background
- Knowledge of natural resources would be advantages
- A track record of developing relationships within a challenging, but achievable sales environment
