they are looking to recruit a
Senior Business Development Manager
- Strategic Consultancy sales into the capital markets
- Selling regulatory and IT consulting services to the capital markets industry
- New Business Development to generate new clients / open new channels
- Consultative sales approach
- Full sales cycle from initial conversations right through to closing the sale
- Selling complex deals to multiple stakeholders
- Support the projects and ensure first class delivery
- Building relationships in the financial sectors
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5 - 10 years previous new business development experience
- Previous experience selling consultancy / nearshoring / outsourcing
- previous experience and contacts in the capital markets
- Hunter mentality
- Experience delivering sales targets, 360-degree sales cycle
- Previous face to face field sales experience
- High energy and great attitude
- Previous exp managing multiple stakeholders in one organisation.
What's in it for you?
- $150-$200K base + Super
- OTE $250 - $350K uncapped
